My Birthday Weekend

I'm 33.  My birthday started off like any other day; Lacey wanted to be by Hap.  He wasn't quite sure that's what he wanted, but he's so sweet that he just puts up with it.  Weid saw this shirt being advertised and he immediately bought it for me.  I love it.  I got to spend the snowy day with these little people and their dad.  When the older kids got home from school they went on a trip to the store to get presents for me.  They know me well and got me all my favorite kinds of candy and some donuts.  The next morning was cold.  I forgot to lock the fridge when I left the room and I came back to find Lacey eating our leftover Pizza Hut from the night before on the couch.  Hap looked so handsome in this football shirt that Jodi had given us.  Lacey found my phone and took a lot of pictures.  Hap puts up with so much.  He wasn't quite sure what to think about them putting his toy around his face.  The snow was melting...

2017: So Much Snow

The end of 2016

We enjoyed our last few days of 2016.  We came home after several nights of staying with the family.  That was fun but exhausting.  Lacey fell asleep standing up by us while we did a puzzle.  Hap had started sleeping 8 hours each night the week before Christmas.  Christmas came and he was back to waking every 3-4 hours at night to eat and go back to sleep.  Cougar had so much fun playing with Bryce.  We made sure to have Evan help us with the electrical for our downstairs bathroom before they left.  We had Tatum spend the night and play with the girls.  We took pictures of the kids with all their new stuff they got for Christmas.  This year it was way easier for me because the older kids rounded up their own stuff and put it out for me to take a picture of them with it.  We are very blessed to be able to get things that we need and want for Christmas each year.  Lacey just wanted to play with her stuff, not look at me to take ...
