3:30 in the morning looked like this:

Hailey has been a little sick for the past week so she's had the humidifier in her room. It has totally helped her sleep better! But yesterday she was sounding almost all the way better, and Heidi didn't sound so good so I moved the humidifier into Heidi's room. So just before 2:30 Hailey woke up and when I went to check on her she was standing in her crib crying. So I tried holding her and patting her back to sleep. No good. She was still wide awake but I tried putting her back in her bed anyway. She didn't like that and screamed so loud. Since I knew nothing was wrong with her I would have just let her cry herself to sleep in our old house, but in this rental house with people living below us there was no way I could do that. So I brought her into our bed to try and get her to go to sleep. That didn't really work either. After an hour of being patted and kicked gently in the face, and Hailey obviously not wanting to go to sleep, she climbed down off the...

Back to real life

It's been quite the week here in our house. We're still getting used to the idea of living in Orem, but so far it's been really fun. We have been able to be around family quite a bit, and we also were able to go to the library, which means it's been overall a good experience. And thanks to my parents for getting a new washer and dryer, we now have their old ones for free! The girls and Weid have been a little bit sick, so that hasn't been so fun but there's not much we could do about that. Hailey totally threw up all over me on Saturday night and I was very glad to have a washing machine here instead of trying to figure out what to do with the stuff until I could get it washed. We were also able to be part of the Oquirrh Mountain Temple dedication which we wouldn't have been able to do if we didn't live here. This is our new house that we are renting(the top floor). We think this shirt is so funny! Heidi got wet watering Grandma's flowers and ...

California!

We had a great vacation to Sacramento, California. We were able to do so many things and the week just flew by. We drove out Sunday night and arrived pretty early Monday morning. We had to find me a swim suit, since I forgot to pack mine, ate and played at Chuck E. Cheese, went shopping and randomly ran into my old boss from Wendy's, went to the lake on the Toole's awesome boat, went to the temple but it was closed for cleaning so we went to Weid's old work and the Wendy's I used to work at, watched our nieces at Skim X, then we went to Justin's old boss Rich Miller's house for dinner and played in their pool, went to the Jelly Belly Factory and San Francisco, went to Brenna's birthday party, went to the lake again, and then drove home Saturday. That's at least most of what we did. It was an eventful and fun vacation! Thanks Toole family for letting us come! LOTS OF PICTURES!!! During Kyla's soccer practice the girls played at the playground. Hailey...
