Mother's Day 2016

 Mother's Day was a great day to relax and be with my family. It was also a very exciting time because I just hit the 20 week mark the day before with our new little boy. The kids helped their dad make me some breakfast in bed.  They made my usual Jiffy blueberry muffins, but Cougar also wanted to make french toast so I got both.  They also made me some beautiful cards. Cougar made this book at school. I was told that there was no time to buy gifts, but I was a little surprised when I started opening my already opened candy from my hidden stashes.  It turns out that was a joke and then I opened some new candy, a garlic press, zester, garden tiller, and a new computer (which is still in its box). My favorite part of Mother's Day is that I always get a picture of me with my kids.  I am still quite tall around here.  Heidi was not so happy to not be right by Lacey. Hailey's Baptism

 Hailey was baptized on May 7, 2016. I made her dress with the fabrics that she chose.  She looked beautiful! We took some pictures that week so we could print one out and have it on display at the baptism. The lighting was a little tricky with her bright white dress. She was so happy to have a dress made just for her. Hailey didn't mind posing for pictures and added in some of her own flair with a twirl. She loves her new scriptures with her name on them.  Hailey was ready to be baptized by her dad. The ordinance was simple and beautiful.  She rolled her pants up 3 times so they wouldn't touch the ground. After Hailey was baptized she looked so clean and happy.  She wanted a picture of the back of her so you could see the bow in her hair, as well as the flower buttons that she picked out herself.
